Shipping & Delivery
Flat rate shipping fee for UNLIMITED items. Shipping costs vary due to the destination country and will be calculated at checkout after you enter a shipping address. FABRIQQA has multiple warehouses all over the world. Your order will be shipped from the nearest facility that stocks the item you ordered. Please note, shoes and glasses cannot be delivered via express. At this time, we are unable to ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Express delivery is not available for some countries, unfortunately.
Most of the items will be shipped out within 1-5 business days. Some may take longer if your order includes favorite pieces experiencing stock availability issues, the order can take between 5-10 business days to process.

Estimated delivery times: 7-14 business days for domestic orders (North America). 7-14 business days for domestic orders (United Kingdom). 10-20 business days for international orders (Europe). 20-30 business days for international orders (Central & South America). 20-50 business days for international orders (Rest of the world).
All packages have specific tracking information. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive the "shipment confirmation" email which includes a unique parcel tracking number. You will see view my order button in the email. You can track your shipment on the order detail page by clicking to the view my order button.
Please allow at least 3 business day for the tracking to be updated by the courier.
Taxes and duties
Please note that product costs and delivery fees do not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs or postal authorities in the country of delivery. All payments of taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. For more information on what duties and taxes may be payable by you prior to the release of your parcel, we recommend checking your local customs website.
Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of the order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.
Although we try our best to deliver your items during the estimated time frame, delivery dates are not guaranteed. We will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered safely and on time, but we cannot be held responsible for late delivery or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping to a Non-Billing Address
If your order is shipping to an address other than the billing address on your credit card, we may contact you to list the alternate address with your credit card company.
Your order will not be processed until your payment has been confirmed. This helps prevent fraudulent use of your credit card.
We don't hold the responsibility of damaged/lost/stolen/not received orders if you provided a mail forwarding service, hybrid mail or virtual post office box services as the shipping address when placing an order with us.
Add Alternate Adress with Credit Card Company
To list the alternate address with your credit card company, call the 1-800 number on the back of your card and ask the agent to add the address to the notes on your account. Listing the address before you place an order helps us process your order more quickly.
